Which AI engines do you measure?
All five, on every plan: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews. There is no add-on for engine access — coverage is the product.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 7 days, with a card at sign-up. You get one brand, 25 prompts, a weekly scan plus two manual scans, and one audit. It converts to Starter on day 8 unless you cancel.
How is agency pricing different?
Agencies run on Scale plus Agency Mode: ten client brands under one invoice, white-label dashboards and reports, and a 20% lifetime referral commission. Past 25 clients, talk to us about Enterprise.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown ex-VAT. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where applicable; valid UK/EU business VAT numbers are reverse-charged automatically.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Annual billing saves 15% versus monthly.
